HÄXOR

AN IMMERSIVE EXHIBITION ABOUT FEAR, POWER AND PERSECUTION — HISTORISKA MUSEET

A powerful spatial journey through the history of witchcraft, fear and persecution.

Häxor brings historical ideas about witchcraft, power and social control into an immersive exhibition environment. Groundfloor Studio developed the project from concept to completed production, combining scenography, objects, sound, film, light and written content.

The visitor journey moves between intimate testimony and larger collective structures. Interactive portraits create personal encounters with historical voices, while the flexible design allows the exhibition to travel and adapt to new museum settings without losing its atmosphere or narrative clarity.

Immersive installation in Häxor

Historical research, scenography and interactive storytelling come together in an exhibition designed to be felt as well as understood.
